A festive blend of vodka, Cointreau (that yummy orange liqueur), sweet pomegranate juice, and a splash of lime, all finished off with bubbly champagne. Right before serving, toss in some pomegranate arils and sugared rosemary to give each glass that extra holiday magic. This sparkling Christmas punch is absolutely delicious! And if you’d rather skip the alcohol? No problem—I’ve got a mocktail version too. Trust me, this drink will be the star of your next holiday party. ‘Tis the season, after all!

Remember how I said I was pumped for this year’s Christmas cocktails? Well, this one’s a total winner—fun, festive, and super special! And the best part? It’s crazy easy. Honestly, the simplest recipes always get me the most excited. Aren’t they just the best?
This fun little cosmo was actually my cousin Maggie’s idea. She threw out the suggestion for a mistletoe-themed cosmo as one of this year’s holiday drinks, and I ran with it. It’s my first time making a cosmo, but definitely not my last.
What I love most? How simple it is.
The one thing I knew for sure? This cosmo had to scream festive. Pomegranate juice was a must, along with sugared rosemary to make each drink feel extra special. Oh, and topping it all off with champagne? Perfection.
This Cosmo Punch turned out so good—I’m thrilled to share the recipe with you! You can make it with or without alcohol, and both versions are equally amazing.

Special Tools
Nothing fancy—just a glass pitcher to mix up your holiday punch!

Steps
Step 1: Mix the Punch
No fancy tricks here—just a mix of everything we love about winter and the holidays.
Start by making the base: vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and lime juice. A classic cosmo usually has cranberry juice, but I swapped it for pomegranate because I love the sweeter flavor.
For the mocktail version? Use pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar.
Chill the mix until you’re ready to serve.

Step 2: Add the Bubbles
When it’s party time, throw some ice in your punch bowl and pour in the champagne.
For the mocktail, use ginger beer instead.
Champagne isn’t traditional in a cosmo, but I love the sparkle and natural sweetness it brings.

Step 3: Serve
I like to make each drink extra special with a sugared rosemary sprig and a handful of pomegranate arils.
So pretty, right?
I’m definitely making this for all my upcoming Christmas parties. Can you believe we’re already a full week into December? The holiday madness is in full swing!
Kick off the season right with a festive cocktail in hand—cheers!
